Terms of Service
I know terms of service can be boring, but please read through these TOS’s before considering commissioning me!

- I take payments in Paypal only, in both GBP and USD currency.
If you want to commission me and use a currency outside of this, send me a message! We can work out conversion rates together!
- Sketches and or redraws are sent for approval before linework and colour is done, i will rechange and redraw whatever parts of the sketch you’d like me too until your satisfied with the sketch, after this stage, i won’t change the lineart (unless there’s a mistake on my part) so be sure it’s to your satisfaction!
- i take payment for commissions ahead of time, wether it’s the full amount or half at the start and half when i’ve sent the approval sketch is up to you.
- if i send the approval sketch over and you decide you don’t want to go further, you will be given a 50% refund, as this time could have been spent or someone else’s commission, however, i am more than willing to make as many tweaks to the sketch, or change it entirely, until you are happy with it!
- Each commission will vary in turnaround time, whilst the typical estimate is about a week, you will always be notified if a commission will take a little longer than usual.
- Each commission you receive can be emailed to you upon completion free of charge!
- I typically have creative freedom over backgrounds, however, if you have an idea in mind, or wish for me to use a background of your own request, such as a photo you’ve taken, do let me know!
- Please be aware, your commission may be used for display purposes, either on my socials, or my website, however, if this is something you would prefer not to happen with your commission, feel free to let me know!
- If saving to Toyhouse, please credit me accordingly, my Toyhouse name is IneffableHound
- If you have any questions throughout the process, or your curious about anything else, please feel free to send me a message! I don’t bite and will be more than happy to answer your questions for you!
Reviews
I don’t get commissioned often, but when i do get reviews, they will be posted here! I intend to post all reviews, both good, or bad, so people can see for themselves!
